What personal data we collect

This website is an informational site. It has no user accounts, no login, and no forms that store your data. We collect personal data only when you choose to contact us, for example by email or telephone, in which case we receive the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, organisation and the content of your correspondence.

Our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical server logs, such as IP addresses, browser type and pages visited, for security and operational purposes.

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When the site loads, your browser connects to Google servers to retrieve those fonts, which involves the transmission of your IP address to Google. Further information is available in Google's privacy policy.

How and why we use your data

We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, to communicate with you about potential or ongoing work, and to maintain our business records. Our legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and conducting our business, and, where relevant, the performance of or steps toward a contract with you or your organisation.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not send marketing communications unless you have asked to receive them.

Sharing and transfers

We share personal data only with service providers who support our business operations, such as email and hosting providers, and only as needed for those purposes, or where we are required to do so by law. Where any transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We keep correspondence and related records only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, and thereafter as required for legal, accounting or contractual reasons.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You may exercise these rights by contacting us using the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish supervisory authority, the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie), or with your local supervisory authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its date, will always be published on this page.

If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle personal data, please contact us.
